Experiencing Spanish Football Tours On Late Holiday Deals.

Saturday, October 15th, 2011

Currently Spain is the football capital of the world, which attracts football lovers from across the globe. Having won both the European Football Championship and the coveted World Cup, Spain also boasts two of the most successful football clubs in the world. Lionel Messi, the star forward of Barcelona, has come in for lavish praise after Barcelona has been lauded as playing some of the best football in the world at the moment. If you’re a football fan, combining a football tour of the country with late holiday deals to Costa Dorada holiday resorts makes perfect sense.

Camp Nou, Barcelona’s home stadium has a seating capacity of almost 100,000 and is Europe’s biggest all-seated stadium. Tickets for the Camp Nou Experience allow you to see behind- the- scenes places you would never see, like the president’s box and the press area. You’re also permitted to live every schoolboy’s dream by going through the player’s tunnel out onto the pitch and then visiting the museum which houses the club’s trophy collection, club memorabilia and has interesting inter-active video displays. After visiting Camp Nou on last minute Costa Dorada holidays, reward the family for your indulgence by driving them to the gorgeous beaches on the coast which are only 90 minutes down the road.

Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid’s stadium is one of the most iconic in Europe. It was designed and constructed more than half a century ago by architect Jose Castell and sits right in the centre of Spain’s lively capital city. When Cristiano Ronaldo is playing on match days, over 80,000 loyal supporters come to see the man in action. Tourists on Spain’s football trail can take an all-access tour of the stadium and see the player’s locker rooms, bench and the tunnel to the pitch revealing a breath-taking panoramic view of the arena. Tickets, which include entry to the club’s museum, can be purchased at the stadium or on the official Real Madrid website.

One lasting memory of your holidays would be to see Barcelona and Real Madrid playing at home in the Championship League or Spanish League, so book now to avoid disappointment.
